Our project methodology can be divided into seven stages:

Analyse

We believe that every business is unique and has specific requirements. Our consultants will work with your team to analyse your requirements. We will understand what you sell, how you sell, to whom you sell, from where you purchase, your manufacturing processes, et al.

Document

Our consultants will prepare documentation of existing and proposed business solution. Documentation will also include processes, approvals, reporting requirements, document printing requirements, etc. The final deliverable is in the form of a Blueprint for your business.

Define

Configure

This is where all technical work happens, our consultants will install the hardware and software. They will configure SAP Business One as per the requirements defined in earlier stages and carry out customizations, develop reports and layouts for printing. We will also import your masters, opening stock, open balances, open transactions through this stage.

Test

Before we can start using the new system, testing it thoroughly is important. Our consultants will work with your user teams to carry out User Acceptance Testing and test all functions of SAP Business One ERP, applicable to your business.

Celebrate

Now is the time to Go Live and start using your SAP Business One.

Maintain

The story though does not end here. It is not just sufficient to build a system, it is also essential to maintain it, provide on-going changes and keep it healthy. Our maintenance and support programs are geared towards ensuring complete peace of mind for the customer.
